I’m back with one more healthy recipe that I tried and ended up with an awesome salad. Its quite easy and its worth a try. If you are not on elf the best chefs, trust me even then you can make it. Yes! Its that simple. This said won’t take too long to be prepared.
I know you all are keen to see the recipe. So, I will save you time and jump to the deliciously perfect recipe of the day, that is Shrimp Salad.
6-8 Cups spring greens or other favorite lettuce
1 Pound medium shrimp (Tails removed)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
1 Red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup olives
1/4 cup Feta/soya cheese
1/2 cup your favorite salad dressing
- In a medium pan saute shrimps, olive oil and garlic over medium heat until shrimp is fully cooked and garlic is fragrant.
- In a large bowl toss together lettuce, red pepper, olives, cheese, and shrimps. serve with your selected dressing.
Note: If you don’t wanna eat it immediately, you can chop all the ingredients and refrigerate and you can even cook shrimps in advance. But toss them together ,only when you wanna eat it.
