Festive Chic: Diwali Lookbook 2017

Diwali is almost there and We are super excited for an unlimited fun and family time. But wait! What to wear? Indian, Western, Contemporary or what? Options are endless but the comfort and classy are my basic needs for any occasion. One should always feel comfortable in the dress and wear it like a second skin. For the same you need to pick according to an occasion and the location. Diwali is one of an important festivals. One just can’t compromise on the looks.

Diwali is celebrated in the best manner possible. The Diwali parties are my favourite. You get to play games, dance and enjoy the food. Diwali is an Luxury Affair these days and all enjoy it to the fullest. An Anarkali suit with a classy ethnic jacket can be a Chic pick for this special day.

I wore an Anarkali Black suit with the golden embroidery and the blue ethnic jacket. The suit is really beautiful in its own way. The golden details are something to die for. I couldn’t help but drool over it. I paired it up with the minimal golden bangles and minimal jewellery. I couldn’t help but share this one of my favourite looks with you all.

I can control my hunger to some extent but I just can’t help my thirst for water. I guess we should be allowed   one or two glasses of water to survive the day without fainting. Well, there is no chance of any updation in this festive after all.  Continue reading “Peachy and Pink : Karwa Chauth Lookbook ”

Every girl must own at least one outfit with the pearls. Pearls are one of the safest bet when it comes to the style with elegance. Heavy Dupatta with the comfortable Kurti is the latest trend. All it takes is a highlighting Dupatta to flaunt. I picked up the suit in pastel shade with the white thread embroidery all over it. The detailing  of pearls to complement the beautifully made antique border is something to die for.  Continue reading “Pearls And Pastels- Traditional Affair “
