The Golden Thread: Ethnic Story Of Summer

When in doubt, wear something with the thread work. No matter what the occasion is or what is the exact time of the day, you can never go wrong with the thread embroidery. When it comes to the casual wear, I have most of my ethnic collection in black or white thread embroidery. White and black are the only two shades that make any outfit look classic. During Summer, light shades look more appealing as compared to the brighter ones.

I have a never ending love for the pastels. Pastel Blue and pink have been my all time favorite. They never fail to give you an elegant look with the classy touch at the same time. When it comes to the summer I prefer lighter shades over the brighter ones. I feel the Punjab’s burning weather makes bright colors look even brighter during the sunlight. Party is a word that brings a rush of excitement, once the excitement tide hits its peak the realization of the outfit struggle kicks in. India is full of colors and traditions. I love the way we all celebrate each and every occasion with an equal enthusiasm. No matter what the region or type is,  we enjoy all of them without any second  thoughts. Ganesh Chaturthi is going on and I couldn’t help but attend and dress up for this lovely occasion.
